Online auto auction service Manheim Online said its sales have shot up nearly four times compared with the same quarter last year. Manheim said that it sold 6,351 vehicles in the first three months of 1999 and earned more than $100 million in sales. That compares with 1, 658 vehicles sold, earning $31 million, for the same quarter last year.
