Short Take: Keane completes acquisition of First Coast Systems
Business and information technology consulting firm Keane today announced it has completed the acquisition of Jacksonville, Fla.-based First Coast Systems, a developer of integrated software solutions for the healthcare industry. The operations of First Coast Systems will merge with Keane's Healthcare Solutions Division (HSD) and their Jacksonville office will become a branch of HSD. This will expand Keane's service and product offerings to include AS/400 capabilities, as well as broaden the HSD client base.
