Internet services company iXL has been selected by Federal Express to assist the company with the implementation of its online training and knowledge management systems within the customer service division. These initiatives are part of FedEx's focus on customer relationship management (CRM). Initial rollout of the program is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2000. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
