Ipswitch, supplier of e-mail and other productivity software, has unveiled Imail Server 6.0 for Windows NT. Already featuring remote administration, anti-spamming support and Web messaging, Imail Server 6.0 now supports SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption in Web messaging to protect passwords and e-mail content. Priced at $995 for the 250-user version and $1,495 for the unlimited user version, IMail 6.0 also now supports APOP (authenticated POP) for secure interaction with e-mail clients like Eudora.
