Short Take: Intermedia announces organizational changes

Telecom Intermedia Communications has announced a reorganization that will have Digex president and CEO Christopher R. McCleary departing the company by year's end, a move that follows the ISP's acquisition by Tampa-based Intermedia in July. Intermedia said the move was "part of the integration process of the two companies." No other reductions in Digex staff are anticipated.
