Intel has completed its 4.9 percent investment in Internet and interactive media integration company CMG Information Services. Under the terms of the agreement, the chipmaker purchased just over 500,000 shares of CMG, worth roughly $11 million. The companies said they will explore Internet business opportunities within CMG's portfolio of majority-owned affiliate companies, which includes ADSmart, Engage Technologies, InfoMation, Planet Direct, Navisite, and The Password.
