Short Take: Hitachi to show 8-chip server

Hitachi PC will be among the companies showing a server running eight Xeon processors and Windows NT at Comdex next week. The VisionBase 8880 is expected to ship in December with up to eight Pentium II Xeon chips, high-speed connections to the network cards or storage systems, and remote management features.
