Short Take: Fore hit with shareholder suit

Networker Fore Systems has been hit with a shareholder lawsuit, filed last week in a Pennsylvania District Court. The suit alleges that Fore and certain of its executives falsely represented the company's financial health and that insiders profited from the sale of hundreds of thousands of shares of Fore stock.
