Epiphany, which makes Web-based data analytic applications and other personalization tools, launched its latest suite of software that manages customer interactions across all channels. Products in Epiphany E.5 suite, which is available next month, include campaign management, real-time personalization and service portal. Also new are applications that collect and analyze data from customer contact centers, e-commerce systems and other operational systems to provide a single view of the customer. Prices start at $250,000.
