eBay said its French Web site is set to go live tomorrow. On schedule for a fourth-quarter launch, the site is in its final phase of testing. eBayfrance.com allows people to trade popular items using French francs. People will be able to search for items located in France or from among millions of items listed on eBay worldwide. eBay France will waive listing fees for a limited period.
