Short Take: Dynamic Imaging buys ABS

Multimedia Internet firm Dynamic Imaging Systems announced it has acquired Atlantic Broadcasting System in a stock transaction for an undisclosed number of shares. ABS provides live financial market news and commentary on the Internet in streaming audio through its ABS Live service. ABS will provide market updates to Dynamic's upcoming A/V DailyNews site, an audio/video news portal. ABS is also developing multimedia services for transmitting corporate news and information.
