Short Take: Digital Chef redesigns, adds e-commerce

Cooking site has been redesigned, with new channels and an e-commerce area. The channels include Everyday Kitchen, with quick recipes; Cookbook Showcase, with highlights from new cookbooks; Chef's Gallery, which features recipes from American chefs; and Cooking for Health, for lighter cooking. The Marketplace offers e-commerce with Dean & DeLuca and Napa Valley Kitchens for food and wine as well as Greystone Kitchens for tools and utensils.
