Computer Sciences has appointed Steve Sparkes as director of outsourcing for its Australian Group. Based in Sydney, Sparkes will be responsible for delivering all outsourcing services, including data center operations, network and desktop services, help desk and related customer call center support to CSC's Australian customers. Sparkes will lead a 1,000-person technical team with operations in all major Australian cities.
