Compaq Computer selected Sigma Design's REALmagic Zoomed Video Explorer chipset to increase multimedia performance for its Armada 4100 notebook computers. The chipset runs a MPEG playback card especially designed for multimedia notebooks. Cards developed with the ZV chipset are Windows 95, Active Movie, and REALmagic compatible.
