CrossWorlds Software, a pioneer of "Processware" enterprise application integration products, has formed a business partnership with Compaq Computer that will have Compaq supporting CrossWorlds through an equity investment; the establishment of a joint Competency Center for purposes of optimizing, performance-tuning, testing, and benchmarking CrossWorlds' software for Compaq's systems; and the commitment of business and technology resources.
