Short Take: Cabletron opens plant

Cabletron Systems announced the grand opening of its Ohio Manufacturing Center and plans to hire more than 150 employees. The new center will focus on increasing production capacity for SmartSwitch products, which allow organizations to link individuals to corporate resources and the Net.
