Paul Allen, Microsoft cofounder and prominent high-tech investor, Monday will open Paulallen.com, a site that explores the "wired world" philosophy behind his investment strategy. Developed by his investment arm, the Paul Allen Group, the site will share information for the public and press about ventures in technology, sports, business, and philanthropy. Allen is an investor in CNET: The Computer Network.
