Short: Netcast announced new Chairman

Netcast Communications, developers of Netcast multimedia entertainment network designed for the Internet, named J. William Grimes as its chairman of the board. Effective immediately, Grimes will take an active role in launching and developing the new service. Grimes formerly served as president and CEO of Zenith Media, USA.
