Servigistics grabs $18 million

Servigistics said Monday that it raised $18 million in its third round of funding with help from new investors Bain Capital Ventures, which led the round, and Symphony Technology Group. Previous investors SSM Ventures, Cordova Intellimedia Ventures, Robinson-Humphrey Netlanta Fund, UPS Strategic Enterprise Fund and Encubate Technology Ventures also participated in the round. The Atlanta-based company makes software that helps companies organize their inventory and manage their supply chain. Servigistics markets its software to companies in the high-tech, automotive, telecommunications, industrial equipment and utilities industries.
