Oracles shareholders elect board members

Database-software giant Oracle announced that several new members were elected to the company's board at its annual shareholders meeting Monday. New to the board are Safra Catz, executive vice president of Oracle; Hector Garcia-Molina, chairman of Stanford University's Department of Computer Science; and Joseph Grundfest, a professor at Stanford Law School.
