Novarra has received a $20 million third round of funding, which was led by JK&B Capital and Kettle Partners. 
Other investors include Colorado PERA and Fort Washington Private Equity Investors. Arlington Heights, Ill.-based Novarra develops software designed to adapt enterprise applications to handheld devices. The company has raised a total of $29 million.
