NetQos raises $5 million in second round

NetQos announced Wednesday that it received $5 million in a second round of funding from Liberty Partners, bringing the Austin, Texas-based software maker's total funding to $16 million. Liberty Partners was also the only investor in the company's first round. NetQos provides software and services that help large businesses monitor, analyze and report on the performance of their computer networks.
