Macromedia, Cognos team on Web tools

Software makers Cognos and Macromedia announced an agreement Friday to integrate Macromedia's MX family of Web design and development tools in Cognos' Web services package. The companies will work together to develop Web applications based on Cognos' core business intelligence market. A sample charting is available from the Cognos Web site.
