Korn-Ferry exec joins EMC board

Windle B. Priem, a 25-year veteran of executive recruiting company Korn-Ferry International, has joined the board of storage hardware and software maker EMC, the company said Tuesday. Priem was CEO of Korn-Ferry for two years and helped take the company public in 1999. He filled a vacancy left when Richard Egan became U.S. Ambassador to Ireland. In addition, EMC said Joseph Oliveri resigned from the board.
