Klocwork ticks off $9 million

Klocwork announced Thursday it raised a $9 million second round of funding, led by U.S. Venture Partners. Cisco Systems, Duke University and previous investor Pequot Ventures also participated in the round. The Santa Clara, Calif.-based company has raised a total of $14 million. Klocwork develops software to analyze customers' systems. It extracts information directly from the source code, identifies defects and fixes problems.
