Kana rises on Cisco deal
Kana Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: KANA) shot up 11 percent Monday after Cisco Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CSCO) said it will use the company's enterprise relationship management software.
Shares were up 3 3/4 to 36 11/16.
Kana's application will work with Cisco's software to improve customer personalization, the companies said.
The Kana Service application was previously Silknet eService; Kana bought Silknet in February.
Financial details of the deal were not released.
