eCommerce Industries lands $21 million

eCommerce Industries has closed a $21 million third round of funding, led by New Enterprise Associates. Other previous investors included Accel Partners; Friedman, Billings, Ramsey; and Frazier Technology Ventures. The Vienna, Va.-based company has raised a total of $84 million, and received a lower valuation with this latest round, said a company spokesman. eCommerce Industries received a valuation of $96 million following the round.
