In a move to make Hewlett-Packard "a little more agile, a little tougher," chief executive Lew Platt announced a number of new initiatives to revitalize the company that he now plans to leave. HP will spin off its testing and measurement division, and offer new "e-services" to drive more revenue from the Internet.
