Authentica reels in $4 million

Authentica announced Monday it raised $4 million in a second round of funding led by 3i US. Previous investors Greylock, Intel 64 Fund, North Bridge Venture Partners, Norwest Venture Partners and Venrock also contributed to this round. The Waltham, Mass.-based company has raised a total of $30 million. Authentica is a security software provider.
