Ariba to build online marketplace for feds
Ariba said it is teaming with eFederal, a government electronic procurement technology and services company, to create a business-to-government online marketplace where government buyers and suppliers can interact and buy and sell goods. As part of the deal with the business-to-business software maker, eFederal will also offer implementation services to Ariba's government customers. Financial details were not disclosed.
