Warner, MP3.com both cut music deals

MP3.com, publishers reach preliminary pact
update The Web music service agrees to a preliminary three-year, $30 million deal with the National Music Publishers' Association's licensing subsidiary, The Harry Fox Agency.

Loudeye, Warner Music partner on digital storage
The digital media company enters a licensing agreement with Warner to digitally store and encode the record label's U.S. catalog of audio and music video titles.
