Once logged into Twitter's web interface, head to the settings page and then click the Profile tab. Select the button that says Post your tweets to Facebook. It will prompt you to log in to Facebook. Click Allow to let Twitter access your account. Choose whether to let Twitter post to your profile or any pages that you administer. Then, head to Facebook and your Account Settings page. Click Apps and choose Twitter, and adjust any privacy settings as needed. For example, to only let your friends see status updates, select friends.
