Sony Corporation of America has joined with Visa USA to create an information and entertainment site on the Net to debut next spring.

Sony will develop interactive online games, including Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, that will allow Net users across the country to play and compete for Sony merchandise. Contestants may have to pay with Visa cards to play these games, according to Sony executives.

Users will also be able purchase Sony products and preview music CDs, television programs, and films, according to company officials.
