Short Take: Women.com hires new executive

Women.com Networks, a site featuring content slanted toward women, says it has named Ian Hart as senior vice president of engineering and technology. Hart will be responsible for the overall engineering and operations strategy of the San Mateo, Calif.-based company. Hart was previously founder and president of ClassCorporation, an applications software consulting and training company, which included clients such as Apple Computer and Chevron.
