Short Take: V-One integrates Raptor firewall

V-One will integrate Raptor Systems' Eagle firewall into the V-One DMSGate, a message-handling firewall designed for the federal government. DMSGate supports transmitting messages between groups with different security levels, protecting sensitive but unclassified enclaves within the Defense Message Service. As an interim solution, it also protects secret enclaves in a DMS pilot program. V-One added the DMS capability to its SmartWall firewall under a program sponsored by the National Security Agency.
