Short Take: TCI Music, Paradigm merger approved

TCI Music and Paradigm Music Entertainment Company announced that Paradigm's stockholders voted to approve the merger of Paradigm with a subsidiary of TCI Music. As a result of the merger, Paradigm--which operates popular music Web sites SonicNet and Addicted to Noise--has become a wholly owned subsidiary of TCI Music.
