Short Take: State files second antispam suit

Washington's Attorney General's Office has filed its second lawsuit against an alleged spammer, under the state's new law that prohibits sending unsolicited bulk email that contains false and misleading information. Stemming from more than 50 complaints, the lawsuit alleges that Sam Khuri of Benchmark Print Supply in Atlanta, Georgia, solicited Internet users in Washington using fake subject lines and forged headers to disguise the origin of the message.
