Short Take: Start-up files appeal in Novell suit

Clustering software start-up the Timpanogas Research Group has filed an appeal to an injunction filed in January by network software provider Novell, according to a spokeswoman. Under terms of the injunction, TRG was restrained from developing software related to several target areas for nine months.
