Short Take: Oxygen acquires Net developer Intype

Oxygen Media, a new cable and Net entertainment company targeting women, has acquired Intype, a Seattle-based Internet company that creates interactive Web applications and dynamic publishing technologies. Under the deal, Oxygen also will absorb Intype's popular Babynamer.com, ParentGarden.com, and Babysoon.com sites. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
