Online program guide Yack.com says it has received $10.2 million in its third round of financing, led by Trans Cosmos USA. Other investors include Mayfield Fund, Blue Chip Ventures, Infinity Capital, Weiss Peck & Greer Venture Partners and WaterView Partners. The funding follows Yack.com's June launch of a broadband version, dubbed Fast Yack, of its online programs and events guide.
