Short Take: ON24 lays off 16 employees

ON24, an audio and video network that distributes financial news and corporate messaging, laid off 15 percent of its staff. Sixteen employees were laid off in what the company said was a "business decision." Before the layoffs, the company had 106 full-time employees.
