Microsoft has renamed its portal
site "MSN.com," furthering its marketing drive to envelop all its online
properties under a single brand umbrella. The site has undergone many
identity changes over the past few months. The site, formerly known as
"Microsoft Internet Start," was changed to "MSN Internet Start" in
July after Microsoft announced the new marketing plan. The change to
MSN.com is expected to be the end of the line.
