Short Take: Marimba releases new software

Marimba released version 1.2 of its server management software, Timbale. The update adds a module designed for CacheFlow servers that automates content updates. Version 1.2 adds support for the operating systems RedHat Linux, version 6.2; VA Linux-RedHat 6.2.3 with VA Linux enhancements; and AIX 4.2.2 and 4.3.3. Previously, Timbale was only available for use with the Windows NT, Window 2000 and Solaris operating systems.
