Some Iraqi government offices soon will have access to the Internet, according to the Associated Press. However, access will be limited to ensure that Iraqis "will not be affected by negative Western thoughts," said Hilal al-Bayati, director of the country's National Computer Center, who was quoted in Iraq's al-Zawra weekly.
