Multimedia peripheral maker Iomagic announced it has been awarded a $250,000 judgment against one of its OEM customers, IPC Technologies. IPC had refused to accept shipment of products manufactured by Iomagic and subsequently failed to pay the rescheduling charges, as set forth in the OEM Agreement.
