Online mortgage broker E-Loan, African American community site NetNoir, and the Los Angeles Urban League have teamed up to launch Black Homes Online to promote home ownership and computer access for African Americans. The initiative will help members receive low-cost home loans and, as part of the Community Reinvestment Act, will provid Internet-ready computers to lower-income households and neighborhoods.
