Short Take: Firm launches Net investor conference call directory

An online directory of investor conference calls has launched, which tracks call schedules for thousands of publicly traded companies. The free site, BestCalls.com, allows online investors to create personalized conference call tracking portfolios and provides access to conference call phone numbers, passcodes, replay information, links to audiocasts, and articles. "BestCalls is to conference calls what TV Guide is to television," BestCalls president Mark Coker said in a statement.
