Short Take: Concentric joins consortium

Concentric Network announced an agreement to become a charter member and preferred U.S. partner in an international consortium that will provide IP-based international long-distance telephone services. The consortium will be operated by OzEmail and will provide voice services between New Zealand, Australia, Germany, the United States, and the Netherlands.
