Short Take: Company offers guaranteed Net service for businesses

GlobalCenter will guarantee 99% Internet uptime as part of its PrimeClass service. The guaranteed service, which applies weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., will be available June 1. Loss of services will result in partial or complete refunds of fees.
