Short Take: Backflip lets people discuss Web pages

Backflip, a site that lets people keep track of and search Web pages, this week will launch a service to let customers discuss those pages with other people. The service notifies participants when new pages are added to a folder and organizes their comments. Backflip launched its basic service in December with funds from 21st Century Internet Venture Partners and Ron Conway of Angel Investors.
